With time, we will add more Gregorian chants and the essential parts of the Mass. The recordings were made by the Schola Cantorum, in our Chapel, without much technical equipment. We have proposed to spread by means of audio recordings, the most traditional Gregorian chants of the Church, so that they may be at the disposal of all those who desire to learn them. Fare thee well, most beautiful, and pray for us to Christ. Hail root and gate from which the Light of the world was born. The Holy Father tells us: “ (…) I ask that future priests, from their time in the seminary, receive the preparation needed to understand and to celebrate Mass in Latin, and also to use Latin texts and execute Gregorian chant nor should we forget that the faithful can be taught to recite the more common prayers in Latin, and also to sing parts of the liturgy to Gregorian chant.” ( Sacramentum Caritatis, 62) Hail, Queen of heaven, hail Lady of the angels. Their appearance follows the church order of use: Alma Redemptris Mater, Ave Regina Caelrum, Regina Cali, and Salve Regina. The members of the Schola dedicate themselves to the daily cultivation of Gregorian chant, and with their voices they increase the beauty and solemnity of our liturgical celebrations.
